It seems like you don't have a one main topic to focus on for the paper, I was having issues doing the same thing. I think that if you chose one question to really, really focus on and further elaborate on it that would be the best way to get a single topic. It seems like you wrote the most for the second question so maybe you could take that and narrow in on it and relate it back to Carr and The Shallows as well as the CORE Handbook. It seems like you have a solid basis for the paper and you could easily expand on a specific topic you find most important.
